Course Objectives This course provides knowledge and understanding of principal services in domestic and commercial buildings.

Learning Outcomes After successful  completion of the course, the student will be able to:
  1. Perform skills of understanding human needs in order to have quality life.
  2. Successfully demonstrate knowledge about service facilities in buildings.
  3. Demonstrate an ability to response to different kinds of environmental conditions.
  4. Perform knowledge about appropriate system on certain typology of building.
  5. Perform the ability to specify needs and use norms and standards in proper way.
  6. Demonstrate the understanding of basic calculations and sizing of service facilities in building.
Teaching Methods Presentations, class discussions with examples. Active tutorial sessions for engaged learning and continuous feedback on progress. Class debates and student presentations on relevant case studies.
